The diner originally started as a food truck operated by lifelong Lansing resident Nick Sinicropi before he opened the first physical location in REO Town with his business partner, Nora Gorman. After outgrowing that original 850-square-foot space, they relocated to a larger building on Turner Road (the former site of Creole Southern Kitchen) to give guests more breathing room while maintaining their signature laid-back charm.
