Ravelin Bakery is a cornerstone of the Denton, Texas community, celebrated for its authentic European-style breads, artisanal pastries, and handcrafted desserts. Established in August 2002 by Eric and Pamela Helland, the bakery’s name is a sentimental blend of their daughters’ names, Raven and Adeline.

The bakery is famous for its strict from-scratch philosophy, using high-quality, unfortified flour and natural ingredients instead of pre-made mixes. In 2025, the founders retired, passing the torch to their long-time manager, Crystal, under Burrow Bliss Enterprises. Today, the bakery continues to honor its original recipes and community-focused traditions.
